Speaking of trailers...

My favorite actor, Edward Norton, has not had a leading role since his outstanding performance in the underrated and underseen 25th Hour which came out almost 3 years ago. Luckily, that will soon be changing.

Coming soon, he's got Down in the Valley, and you can see the trailer for that here (click on the little filmstrip). Looks very creepy, and I'm very interested.

We might have to wait a while for Motherless Brooklyn, and The Painted Veil is tentatively set for an October 2006 release, and Pride and Glory won't hit theatres until 2007.

But the Norton film I'm most excited about is The Illusionist, co-starring Paul Giamatti and Jessica Biel. Come on. Edward Norton + Paul can this movie be bad?

So, friends, it seems that there will be a steady diet of Edward Norton-driven movies for the next year or two. It is well with my soul.

Dude, can I just tell you that I saw Kingdom of Heaven, and had NO IDEA that it was Edward Norton playing the king? No idea... My friend actually was like, "I know that voice... and those eyes..." but couldn't place it. As we watched the end credits, we were like NO WAY! Edward Norton is awesome... I'm excited for a new dose! Thanks for sharing...
