Wow, I'm in second place?!

Somehow I've become the second highest fundraiser on Laurie's Legacy, behind Barb of course.

I just raised my goal again to $2,000. I'm less than $200 away from that goal!

If you'd like to donate, please click here

(If you've already donated, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I want to do something for everyone who contributed, but I don't know what that will be yet...)

I am going to make a donation...

I had to tell you about a dream I had.

Keep in mind that I have never met you or Laurie. I live in an entirely different state & only know you from your blogs.

I had a dream that involved Laurie. In my dream, I went back in time, so I could meet her. I remember that you were there as well.

We were laughing & and having a great time together. Laurie said she had to go back with the angels and that her time with us was up, so it was just you and me sitting there. You told me that you, too, went back in time to have one last moment with her.

Then, you leaned over and hugged me. At that moment, I felt so content.

But, my alarm went off and the dream was over.

Laurie has touched me in a way that is hard to explain. I never met her, only read about her, yet I feel like she was a friend. I guess maybe because I went through some suicidal moments & maybe I can relate to the pain that she felt at the end.

I feel that she is happy, now, and at peace. I am grateful that I got to meet her in my dreams. :)

Congrats on the 2nd place! I wish I could afford to help get you to your goal but since I know I can't I'm just praying for the goal to be met somehow.

I didn't know Laurie either, but you and her family are incredible. I'm so thankful that there are people like you.
